Privacy policy
Protecting your personal data matters to us. Below we inform you in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR about which data is processed when you visit this website and what rights you have.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is the service provider named in the imprint. You will find the full contact details there.
2. Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
3. Access data and server log files
Each time this site is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser: browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, the host name of the accessing device, the time of the request and the IP address.
This data is not combined with other sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically correct operation and the security of the site. Log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us through the form, by email, telephone or Telegram, we process the details you provide — in particular your name, phone number, any email address and the content of your message — solely in order to deal with your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.
5. Applicant and employee data
When you apply for a role or ask us about work, we process the data needed for that: your name, contact details, information about your qualifications and experience, and when you could start. The legal basis is § 26(1) BDSG together with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — the processing serves the decision on entering into an employment relationship.
Please do not send us information we have not asked for. Special categories of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR — health data or religious affiliation, for example — are processed only where the law requires it.
6. Who receives your data, and for how long we keep it
To place you, we pass the data needed to assess your suitability to the client company — but only after we have told you which assignment it concerns. Further recipients may be our hosting provider, payroll, social insurance bodies and the tax authorities, where the law provides for it. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
If no employment relationship comes about, we delete application documents six months after the process ends. That period follows from the limitation period in § 15(4) AGG. If you would like us to keep your documents for future roles, we ask for your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time. If an employment relationship does come about, the statutory retention periods apply.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site uses no cookies for analytics, tracking or advertising. No user profiles are created and no data is passed to advertising networks.
To remember the language you have chosen we set one strictly necessary cookie. It contains only the language code, does not allow you to be identified and requires no consent under § 25(2)(2) TTDSG.
8. Fonts and external resources
All fonts used are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers, in particular not to Google Fonts, and your IP address is not passed on.
Third-party content is never loaded automatically. The map on the contact page stays a placeholder until you ask for it; only then is a connection to Google opened and your IP address transmitted. The basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by pressing the button. We do not store that decision — on your next visit the map is a placeholder again. References to Telegram and Google Maps are plain text links: a connection is established only once you click, and from that point the provider's own privacy terms apply. If you write to us on Telegram, your details are processed on the provider's servers outside the EU. If you would rather avoid that, you can reach us by phone or email instead.
9. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider, who processes the data arising from your visit on our behalf under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
10. SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://”.
11. Changes to this privacy policy
We adapt this privacy policy whenever changes to our data processing make that necessary. The version available on this page is the one that applies.
