05Voices
What workers say about Caplex.
I came from Ukraine and barely spoke German. Caplex found me warehouse work and a flat. They were there with me for the registration.
Oleksandr K.Warehouse worker · Ukraine From Latvia to Oldenburg — within two weeks I had a production contract and a room. Very clear communication in Russian.
Artjom V.Production helper · Latvia The welding course was strict but fair. Right afterwards I had a job. Caplex helped with the contract and the insurance.
Tomas M.Welder · Lithuania As a Pole with a family, housing was the main thing for me. Caplex arranged a flat and explained which documents we needed. We feel secure.
Anna W.Packer · Poland I now work in the car workshop. The team speaks Romanian and German, which helps a lot at the start. Good pay, honest schedules.
Andrei P.Car mechanic · Romania
06Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Can I work without German?
Yes. Many roles in warehousing, production and packing need no German. Our team speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English, Romanian and Polish. For welders and mechanics a basic understanding is enough — we help with communication.
Is accommodation available?
Yes. Many roles include a place to live, or we arrange accommodation in and around Oldenburg. Conditions and costs are agreed before you start — transparently and in writing.
Who helps with the paperwork?
Caplex does. We support you with city registration, health insurance, the tax ID and opening a bank account. Where it helps we come to the authority with you and explain each step in your language.
Can I bring my family?
In many cases yes. We check housing options, school or nursery and the documents your family needs together with you. Get in touch early so there is time to plan.
Which documents do I need?
Usually: a valid passport or ID card, a work permit or residence title where required, and for the start in Germany the city registration, health insurance, tax ID and a bank account. We tell you exactly what applies in your situation.
How quickly can I start?
Often within a few days to two weeks — depending on the role, your arrival and your documents. Some warehouse and production roles start very quickly once housing and papers are in place.
Do you offer training?
Yes. Caplex runs certified welder training with a large practical share, and helps you find work afterwards. On-the-job training is part of the placement too.
Where do interviews take place?
In Oldenburg at Irisweg 30, or online by video or Telegram. Write to us and we will find a time that fits your travel.
