Work without German
Working in Germany even without German.
Many Caplex roles in warehousing and production need no German. We speak Ukrainian, Russian, English, Romanian and Polish — and help with accommodation and paperwork.
German is often not needed
In the warehouse, in picking, packing and on many production lines it is enough to follow instructions on site — often in Russian or Polish, or through simple demonstration and on-the-job training.
For welders and mechanics a basic level helps, but it is not a barrier. Our team translates and stays close during the first weeks.
Which roles are suitable?
Particularly suitable without German: warehouse worker, production helper, packer and general helper. Experienced welders and car mechanics are welcome too — you pick up the language alongside the work.
- Warehouse and order picking
- Food production and packing
- Support work in industry and logistics
- Welding and vehicle work with guidance
Documents and formalities
Even without German you still need the city registration, health insurance, a tax ID and a bank account. Caplex explains each step and comes to the authority with you where that helps — in your language.
Who can come?
EU citizens can usually start work straight away. For Ukrainian citizens and people from other countries, specific residence and work rules apply — we check your situation and tell you honestly what is possible.
Bringing a partner or children, and the housing that goes with it, is something we discuss before you travel so everything is clear.
