Werkvertrag

Work under a Werkvertrag — clearly defined and supported.

Caplex places workers under Werkvertrag arrangements in production, warehousing and industry. For you that means one named contact, often accommodation and help with the paperwork.

What is a Werkvertrag?

Under a Werkvertrag, Caplex takes on a clearly defined job for a client company — a production shift, for example, or a set volume in a warehouse. You work in the Caplex team; we are responsible for the organisation and the result.

What matters for you as a worker: you know where and when you work, who your contact is and which terms apply — before you start.

How does the paperwork work?

After a conversation we settle the contract, the start date and, where relevant, your residence title and work permit. We then help with city registration, health insurance, the tax ID and a bank account.

  • Contract discussed in your language
  • Terms in writing before you start
  • Accompaniment at authorities and insurers
  • One named contact in Oldenburg

What workers get out of it

Many people come to Caplex because they need orientation as much as a job. Accommodation, transfers and help with documents make the start predictable — even without German.

  • Work often comes with accommodation
  • Multilingual support
  • Quick start in warehousing and production
  • A route into training, welding for example

Projects and sectors

We work mainly in food production, packing, logistics and metalworking in Oldenburg, Cloppenburg, Bremen and the surrounding area. The specific projects change — see the jobs page for what is open right now.
